How we work with you.

You talk to the person doing the work.
The person who answers your email also sets up your account and builds your integrations and automations.

We set it up with you.
During onboarding we set up the portal and apps, connect your store and tools, and bring over your data. You don’t configure it alone.

You pay for what you use.
We bill labels weekly for the labels you bought and the software monthly. We price services before we start.

Leaving takes one email.
Email us to cancel the software. It ends with your current billing month, and we apply unused label credit to your final bill.
