§ 01

What these terms cover

These terms apply to anillion.com and to everything you buy from Anillion: shipping labels, warehouse and inventory management software, and setup, onboarding, integration, automation and consulting services.

Anillion sells only to businesses. By buying from us, you confirm you’re buying for a business, not for personal or household use.

§ 02

Accounts and setup

We set up your account with you before you start. Keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including actions by the people you give access to.

§ 03

Prices, billing and payment

• +We charge in US dollars (USD).
• +Stripe processes all payments. We don’t store card numbers.
• +Shipping labels: you see each label’s price before you buy it. We bill you weekly for the labels you bought that week, plus any carrier adjustments.
• +Software: we bill a monthly subscription at the monthly price we agree with you.
• +Services: we bill setup and other service work as one-off charges at the price we agree with you before we start.
• +Charges appear as ANILLION on your card statement.

§ 04

Shipping labels

• +Anillion isn’t a carrier. The carrier you choose moves and delivers your package under its own terms.
• +You can void an unused label within 5 business days of buying it. We credit the label price to your account for future label charges. We don’t refund used labels.
• +If a carrier adjusts a label’s charge because the weight or dimensions you entered were wrong, we bill that adjustment to you.
• +You must follow the shipping rules in Shipping & delivery, including the ban on hazardous materials, carrier restrictions, customs rules and export controls.
• +Claims for lost, damaged or late packages go to the carrier. Anillion doesn’t offer shipping insurance or handle carrier claims.

§ 05

Software subscription and automatic renewal

• +Price: the monthly price we agree with you, in USD.
• +Billing period: one month.
• +Renewal: your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• +How to cancel: email info@anillion.com.
• +When cancellation takes effect: at the end of the billing month you’re in. You keep access until then, we bill that month, and we don’t charge you again.
• +We don’t refund partial months.

§ 06

Setup and other services

We agree the scope and price of setup, onboarding, integration, automation and consulting work with you before we start. We decide refunds for service work case by case.

§ 07

Acceptable use

Don’t use Anillion to break the law or carrier rules. Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or scrape at scale this website, the portal, the apps or the systems behind them.

§ 08

Your data

You own the data you add to Anillion. You let us use it to provide our products and services to you, as the Privacy policy describes.

§ 09

Intellectual property

Anillion or its licensors own the content of this site, the Anillion name and logo, and the software. You may not use them in any commercial context without our written consent.

§ 10

Limitation of liability

Anillion provides this website on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anillion disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

§ 11

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of New York County, New York.

§ 12

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll post changes on this page with a new effective date.
